Customer Experience Advisory · Kuala Lumpur
When your customers feel heard,
your business moves forward.
We help Malaysian businesses understand the full arc of a customer's experience — and make thoughtful, practical changes that stick.
What We Offer
Three ways we can work together
Each engagement is scoped to suit where your business is today — from a single mapping session to a wider advisory programme.
Customer Journey Mapping Session
A guided session to chart the steps a customer takes with your business and where the experience could feel smoother. We map touchpoints together and note simple, tactful improvements — helpful for teams who sense friction but cannot quite place it.
- Preparation brief included
- Working session with your team
- Journey map with written notes
Service Quality Review
A multi-week engagement to study how your team handles enquiries, orders, and follow-ups, then suggest practical refinements. We observe respectfully, gather staff input, and propose gentle changes suited to growing companies wanting steadier service.
- Respectful observation process
- Findings summary report
- Prioritised improvement list
Experience Improvement Programme
A wider advisory engagement that helps an organisation rethink its customer experience end to end and set up simple ways to keep listening. We align teams, design improvements, and leave you with a light feedback routine — built for established businesses raising their standard of care.
- Stakeholder interviews included
- Full experience plan
- Ongoing feedback toolkit
Why Cobalt Mynah
What makes working with us different
We listen before we advise
No templates applied before we understand your situation. Every engagement begins with careful listening — to your team, your processes, and your customers' actual behaviour.
Practical, not theoretical
Our suggestions are shaped by what your team can actually act on. We keep recommendations grounded, proportionate, and clearly explained — so momentum builds from day one.
Respectful of your team
Observational work is done with sensitivity. Staff are engaged as contributors, not subjects. The outcome is ownership within your team rather than dependency on us.
Grounded in local context
Customer expectations in Malaysia carry specific cultural weight. We factor in how service relationships, language, and communication norms shape the customer's experience here.
Clear, readable deliverables
Every engagement ends with something you can pick up and use. Journey maps, findings summaries, and improvement lists are written for people who run businesses — not for consultants to read.
Proportionate scope
Three distinct engagement levels mean you choose what fits your current stage and budget. You are not locked into a programme larger than you need right now.
Ready to begin?
A short conversation can tell us a lot.
If you sense that something in your customer journey is not quite right but you are not sure where to start, reach out. We offer a no-pressure introductory call to hear your situation before recommending anything.
Common Questions
Things people often ask us
What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?
We work with a range of businesses — from growing SMEs to more established organisations — across retail, hospitality, professional services, and B2B sectors. The common thread is that they care about how customers feel when dealing with them and want to do something practical about it.
How long does each engagement take?
The Journey Mapping Session is typically completed within one to two weeks, including preparation. A Service Quality Review usually runs three to five weeks depending on team size. The Experience Improvement Programme is a broader engagement — usually eight to twelve weeks — though we scope this carefully at the start.
Do you work on-site at our premises?
For the Service Quality Review and Experience Improvement Programme, some on-site time is generally helpful — particularly during the observation and interview stages. We arrange this in a way that is not disruptive to your daily operations. The Journey Mapping Session can be conducted entirely remotely if preferred.
Will our staff need to prepare anything in advance?
For the Journey Mapping Session, we send a brief preparation document beforehand so the working session runs smoothly. For other engagements, we guide the process step by step. We aim to place as little burden on your team as possible — the heavy lifting is ours.
Are your fees all-inclusive?
The listed fees cover our advisory time, deliverables, and standard communication throughout the engagement. If any additional costs arise — for example, travel beyond Klang Valley — we will discuss these openly before they occur. We do not add costs after agreement without your knowledge.
How do we get started?
The simplest way is to fill in the contact form below or call us directly. We will arrange a short introductory call — typically 20 to 30 minutes — to understand your situation and tell you honestly which engagement, if any, would be a good fit.
